As an On-Site Web Designer, your role is to craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and high-performing websites. Your daily tasks will include:
Website Design & Wireframing – Create modern, responsive layouts using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Responsive & Mobile-First Design – Ensure seamless user experience across all devices
Front-End Customization – Work with WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and other CMS platforms
UX/UI Enhancements – Optimize user interfaces to improve engagement and conversions
SEO & Performance Optimization – Ensure fast-loading, SEO-friendly websites
Collaboration with Developers & Content Teams – Work closely with programmers, copywriters, and marketers
Brand Consistency – Maintain brand guidelines across all digital assets
Stay Updated with Design Trends – Implement the latest UX/UI best practices

We’re looking for a creative, innovative, and detail-oriented Web Designer who can turn ideas into visually stunning digital experiences.
Have 2+ years of experience in web design (agency or in-house experience is a plus!)
Are proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
Have experience with WordPress, Shopify, or Webflow
Understand UI/UX best practices, wireframing, and prototyping
Can create mobile-first, responsive designs
Have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are a plus but not mandatory!)
Are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for typography, colors, and layouts
Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Love collaborating with teams and bringing creative ideas to life
Bonus if you have experience with branding, animation, or motion graphics!
