DoControl is a SaaS Security Posture Management solution offering visibility, threat detection, and remediation for sensitive data exposure and insider threats. DoControl secures SaaS data, identities, connected third-party apps & configurations to ensure comprehensive protection across major SaaS ecosystems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Box. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup serving leading brands like Snap Inc., Colgate-Palmolive, Databricks, Datadog, and Monday.com.We are looking for a creative, diligent and self-motivated person to join DoControl's Marketing team as a Web Designer. As a Web Designer, you will lead all aspects of web design and external design elements (Ads, emails, trade show booth designs, SWAG designs, etc.)
Role and responsibilities:
- Drive web design process from concept through to final delivery
- Design responsive, user friendly, web pages and enhance existing web properties
- Design and manage external/internal newsletter communication via web-based email-marketing
- Lead the development of visual styles, templates, and overall brand needs
- Ensure all external facing content adheres to our brand guidelines
- Develop all social, asset & event graphic needs
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, practicing effective communication with team members at all times
- Manage time and budget to meet deadlines and provide quality artifacts
- Work with your supervisor to resolve requests from multiple stakeholders and prioritize workload accordingly
- Track and report on design performance. This will help guide the team on areas of improvement and/or best practices
- Create motion graphics, like short video clips, GIFs, explainer demos, etc
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in the study of design or equivalent project/portfolio experience.
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong experience and proficiency in Webflow, Figma or similar platforms
- Are proficient in CSS, HTML, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Knowledge of front-end web best practices and responsive and adaptive design
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Have proven ability to produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI mock-ups, storyboards, and user scenarios
- Demonstrable design skills and natural eye for producing strong visuals

- Highly motivated and a high level of initiative; ability to work independently, in support of creative goals and business objectives
