Job Title: Front End Web Developer

We’re on the hunt for a skilled Front End Web Developer with a knack for Webflow. Join our dynamic web marketing team and play a pivotal role in crafting a website that’s not only visually captivating but also functional, scalable, and user-friendly. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our design, marketing, and product teams to implement A/B testing results, enhance web accessibility, and create scalable, responsive design systems.

‍Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize web pages using Webflow
• Develop responsive web designs for various devices and screen sizes
• Implement A/B testing results in collaboration with marketing and analytics teams
• Ensure web pages meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
• Create and implement scalable, reusable design components in collaboration with the production team
• Continuously improve site speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience
  
  

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in Webflow
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of responsive design principles
• Experience implementing A/B testing results into production environments
• Strong knowledge of web accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1)
• Ability to create scalable, reusable design components and implement web design systems
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for collaborating with design teams

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Experience with CMS integrations and third-party tools
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
