Veza Digital is a vibrant Webflow agency that thrives on creating captivating and sophisticated marketing websites for our clients. We are on the lookout for a talented Senior UX/UI Designer who can bring creativity, innovation, and expertise to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Concept and design compelling and intricate Websites that elevate our online presence.
- Create web designs based on user journeys and information architectures provided by the team.
- Scope, plan, and lead UX/UI activities, including user research, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and information architecture definition.
- Collaborate with international clients and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of design, branding, motion, development, and project management.
- Mentor, support, and inspire other designers while sharing knowledge on new technologies, tools, design trends, and digital advancements.
- Analyze user research and tracking data to inform design decisions, define Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD), and create ideal user journeys.
- Create and prototype interactive experiences that are both user-friendly and align with our clients' business objectives.
- Ensure design quality by overseeing user testing, user flows, and collaborating with development teams.
- Consult clients in B2B and B2C on maximizing the impact of their online presence.
Requirements:
- 5 years of relevant UX/UI experience with a high-quality portfolio showcasing your work.
- Expertise in Figma; experience with After Effects and/or Spline is a plus.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Webflow is advantageous.
- Strong design thinking skills and knowledge of insight-led user-centered design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Fluent in English.
