We are seeking a highly skilled Webflow Designer who is passionate about designing and developing visually compelling, functional, and responsive websites using Webflow. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and the ability to translate concepts into well-structured, interactive digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and interactive websites using Webflow.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to create user-friendly digital experiences.
- Translate wireframes, mockups, and brand guidelines into functional Webflow designs.
- Implement animations, interactions, and micro-interactions using Webflow’s native tools.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
- Maintain and update existing Webflow websites as needed.
- Work with CMS collections, dynamic content, and custom integrations.
- Stay up-to-date with Webflow updates, industry trends, and design innovations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Webflow Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Webflow-based projects.
- Proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic knowledge preferred).
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, typography, and layout.
- Experience working with Webflow CMS, animations, and interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
- Experience with third-party integrations, such as Zapier, Airtable, or APIs, is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools for wireframing and prototyping.
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce Webflow site development.
- Knowledge of custom code implementation (JavaScript, JSON, APIs).
- Familiarity with other no-code tools like Bubble, Framer, or Elementor.
- Previous experience in branding and graphic design.
