Our client is a tier 1 management consulting firm. They are working with a ship management company who is preparing to launch a Gen-AI-based software and is seeking a Senior Web Designer to refine and enhance their website. The client has developed an initial version, but they require expertise in web design to improve layout, branding, and visual aesthetics. The goal is to create a polished, professional, and engaging website that effectively aligns with the client's brand and vision.

This is a full-time, remote role for an initial 2–3 month contract, open to candidates anywhere in APAC.

What You Will Be Doing

Website Design & Enhancement:

• Refine and enhance the client’s existing website, ensuring a modern, visually appealing, and user-friendly design
• Optimize layout, typography, color schemes, and design consistency for a professional finish
• Ensure responsive design to create seamless user experiences across different devices

Branding & Aesthetics:

• Align website design with the client’s brand identity, incorporating strong visual elements
• Implement best practices in UI/UX design to improve website effectiveness and engagement

Collaboration & Development Support:

• Work closely with stakeholders to iterate on design improvements
• Provide design files and assets in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Offer guidance on website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace) and assist with implementation if needed

Your BackgroundMust Have:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in web design with a strong focus on branding, layout principles, and visual aesthetics.
• Design Expertise: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous website design work (link must be shared).
• Responsive Design: Ability to optimize designs for mobile and desktop experiences.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with major brands or digital agencies (e.g., Adobe, Shopify, HubSpot, Squarespace, Webflow, Wix).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with website builders like WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace.
• References or client testimonials to showcase previous successful projects

Start Date: Immediate or as mutually agreed.

‍Duration: 2–3 months (potential extension based on project needs)
