Your Mission

• Development, design, and maintenance of our Webflow projects.
• Optimize UX and UI for intuitive and engaging interaction.
• Improve the technical performance and loading speed of our website.
• Assist with technical SEO optimization and increase the conversion rate.
• Maintain and continuously develop our multilingual website.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement creative ideas quickly and flexibly.
• Documentation and maintenance of our website.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience working with Webflow and a passion for flexible and scalable web design.
• In-depth experience with Webflow (focus on CMS) and integrating external Webflow solutions such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Figma for creating and aligning designs and with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience developing and managing multilingual websites.
• Knowledge of SEO, web performance, and conversion rate optimization.
• Advantageous: Experience with video editing.
• Structured, creative, and independent working style with a strong sense of user-centered design.
• Openness to new technologies and solution-oriented work with AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• Very good German and English skills.
