Position: Web Designer / Webflow Developer
Location: Must be located in Portugal
Salary Range: €1,300 - €1,600, dependent on experience
Type: Full-Time
The Role:
As our Webflow designer, you will be helping us transform client ideas into beautiful and functional websites and web applications. You will be joining a small team as we expand our design capabilities to accommodate a growing client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement visually compelling web pages and interfaces.
- Utilize Webflow to create responsive designs from Figma files.
- Create complicated animations in Webflow.
- Create and modify vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure consistency in brand and design standards.
Requirements:
- English fluency is required.
- 1+ years of experience in web design; additional experience in other design areas is a plus.
- Proficiency in using Web Design software (e.g., Webflow, Figma).
- Competence in vector design using Adobe Illustrator or comparable tools.
- Strong previous work examples demonstrating design skills and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
- Knowledge in UI/UX design principles is essential.
- While a formal degree is not mandatory, candidates with relevant certifications or boot camps will be given preference.
Work Model:
Remote work most of the time with team co-working throughout the year.
