Job Description

We are seeking a Team Lead - Tuesday to drive technical excellence, ensure client satisfaction, and mentor a team of No-Code/Low-Code Frontend developers. This role requires an individual with a strong technical background in Webflow, Wordpress or similar No/Low Code platforms, exceptional client communication skills, and the ability to lead and guide a development team.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of Tuesday projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and business goals. They must also demonstrate leadership skills, the ability to ask the right questions, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and growth.

Requirements

Project Leadership & Client Communication

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of project objectives.
   
2. Understand client requirements, provide strategic guidance, and set clear expectations for deliverables.
   
3. Ensure project growth, proactively identifying opportunities for expansion and process improvement.
   
4. Manage client relationships, handling concerns and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
   

Team Leadership & Technical Guidance

1. Lead and mentor a team of Tuesday developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
   
2. Assist the team with technical doubts, challenges, and best practices to enhance productivity and code quality.
   
3. Provide hands-on support in complex development tasks and integrations.
   
4. Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and improve team efficiency.
   

Project Execution & Delivery

1. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
   
2. Take ownership of the project lifecycle, from inception to deployment and beyond.
   
3. Work closely with designers, content teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
   
4. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers, proactively finding solutions to keep projects on track.
   

Process Improvement & Innovation

1. Identify areas of process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in No/Low Code development.
   
2. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements to implement innovative solutions.
   
3. Establish and document best practices for development and project management.
   
4. Ensure continuous optimization of workflows, tools, and methodologies for improved project outcomes.
   

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on Webflow, Wordpress or similar No/Low Code development experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  
• Expertise in development, including CMS collections, animations, interactions, and custom code integrations.
  
• Strong technical acumen with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow API integrations.
  
• Experience in client communication and project growth, with a strong understanding of business objectives.
  
• Ability to ask the right questions, ensuring clarity and feasibility in client requirements and project execution.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and project challenges.
  
• Proven experience leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best practices.
  
• Experience with SEO optimization, performance enhancements, and accessibility best practices in Webflow.
  
• Knowledge of third-party tool integrations such as Zapier, HubSpot is a plus.
  
• Exceptional leadership and ownership mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
