Job Title: Webflow Developer Intern

Work Mode : Remote

Work Timings : 2pm-10pm

Zemoso Labs is an innovation studio offering innovation-as-a-service, with design, engineering, and growth services. Our clientele includes Fortune 500 companies, disruptive startups, and unicorns from around the world.

We have operations in India, U.S., Europe, and Canada, and we have created over $8 billion in value for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a graphic designer and/or UX designer before, and are aware of the latest UX best practices. An eagerness to learn and evolve is non-negotiable. We want a team player who can give direction to junior writers, take abstract input from senior stakeholders to translate to action items, and collaborate to co-create with graphic designers and subject matter experts. They must understand how to create a narrative around a brand, and extend it to every asset we create. If you think this is you, let’s have an exploratory conversation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization.
  • Collaborate with the design team to translate wireframes and UI/UX designs into interactive, functional websites.
  • Maintain, update, and improve existing websites, including bug fixes, performance enhancements, and new feature implementation.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth integration with third-party systems, APIs, and other technical aspects.
  • Ensure websites adhere to SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and overall quality guidelines.
  • Collaborate in an agile environment and meet deadlines for various web development projects.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple devices and browsers.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Webflow, including the ability to create responsive layouts and manage CMS collections.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality web experiences.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
