We’re looking for an innovative Software Developer with strong no-code and JavaScript expertise to join one of our partner organizations. This remote contract role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to work on exciting projects that push the boundaries of modern web development.

Role Overview

As a Software Developer with a focus on no-code platforms, you will architect and build efficient, high-quality web experiences. You’ll leverage your expertise in Webflow, Framer, or Builder, as well as integrations via Zapier and Airtable, to create seamless solutions. In addition, your solid JavaScript skills will be essential for custom code integrations and advanced functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• No-Code Development: Build and maintain scalable websites and applications using no-code/low-code tools such as Webflow, Framer, or Builder.
• Integration & Automation: Implement workflows using Zapier to automate processes and integrate data from Airtable for dynamic content.
• Custom Code Solutions: Use strong JavaScript skills to extend no-code platforms where needed, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, etc.) to translate business needs into high-quality, user-friendly digital solutions.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize web properties to ensure peak performance and security.

Required Qualifications

• No-Code Platform Expertise: Experience with one or more of the following: Webflow, Framer, or Builder.
• Automation Tools: Proven ability to integrate and automate workflows using Zapier and Airtable.
• JavaScript Proficiency: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and its frameworks/libraries for custom solutions.
• Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern web best practices.
• Remote Collaboration: Experience working on remote teams, using tools like Slack, Zoom, Jira, or similar for communication and project management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with additional no-code tools or frameworks.
• Familiarity with APIs and backend integrations.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
