As a Webflow Designer & Developer at Webnique, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative web projects. You should have a strong combination of UI/UX design, technical Webflow development, and project management skills. Responsibilities
- Independently conceptualize, design, and implement websites, landing pages, and interactive prototypes in Webflow.
- Develop UI/UX designs with a focus on modern, appealing, and functional user experiences.
- Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and branding guidelines.
- Enhance existing web projects with a focus on performance, interactivity, and accessibility.
- Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage and coordinate design and development projects using agile methodologies.
- Ensure high-quality standards through testing, optimization, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in UI/UX design and Webflow development, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of Webflow, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
- Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong sense of design, typography, color theory, and UX principles.
- Experience integrating third-party tools and working with Webflow CMS.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into thoughtful and scalable designs.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with clients and teams.
